What is Russia’s place in a changing world? A new "evil empire" or a resurgent superpower?

Welcome to the UNN Summer School «Russia Goes Global: International Relations Trends & Challenges» to gain new insights.

We offer a variety of interesting topics for discussion: the history of Russian foreign policy and the “Russian idea”; strengths and weaknesses of Russian diplomacy; regional aspects (USA, EU, CIS, Middle East, APR, Latin America, Africa) of Russia's foreign policy in a multipolar world; protection of national interests in the climate of instability, pressure and sanctions - from military-political confrontation to "soft power".

Our exclusive program features the most pressing topics of world politics and international relations viewed from the Russian perspective; lectures taught by prominent scientists, politicians, diplomats and government representatives; business games, debates, workshops; visits to the Office of City Mayor, Department of External Relations of the Regional Government, Honorary Consulates; an exciting cultural program, networking events, acquaintance with the Russian language, history and culture.

How to apply

Make sure you meet all the program requirements

You should have at least English level B2 (CEFR)

Submit an application in electronic form on the University website and attach all the necessary documents




Passport copy (must be valid 18 months from the arrival date in the Russian Federation). All scans must be of good quality and in color.

Wait for a reply from the university about the acceptance of your document for consideration.

Usually, it takes 1-2 weeks.

If you received a positive reply, the university will send you an Acceptance Letter and the Agreement

Sign the last page of the Agreement and send the scan to the university representative

Invoice will be sent to you to pay your tuition. Pay at the bank and send the check to the representative of the university.

The University will prepare and submit documents for your Invitation

Usually, it takes 20-30 days.

Send the University representative medical certificates on the absence of HIV and tuberculosis

An invitation will be sent to you electronically. Print it and contact the Russian Embassy for a visa

10
As soon as you receive a visa and purchase a ticket, fill out the Arrival form
